About Priale & Racine

Helping People is What we Do

There are a number of things that can go wrong in life. Maybe you were in an accident and are now wondering how you are going to pay the bills that are piling up. Perhaps you have been charged with a crime, such as driving under the influence. You may be innocent, and wondering what steps to take next. You may have just made a mistake, and are now concerned you will have to pay for it for the rest of your life. Maybe you are not an accident victim, and you have not been accused of anything. Maybe you are simply trying to live out your own American Dream and become a citizen.

Whatever your legal issue is in life, at Priale & Racine, PLLC, we are here to help.

Many times, lawyers work as prosecutors before heading to forge their own legal practice. None of our lawyers have ever done that. This is because we are passionate about helping people. We know that when things happen in life, it often seems as though there is no one on your side. Regardless of whether you have been charged with a crime, hurt in an accident caused by someone else, or just trying to obtain citizenship, you need an advocate.

YOU NEED AN ALLY.

You need someone looking out for your best interests at all times.

That is exactly what we are here to do.

When you have our Northern Virginia lawyers representing you in your legal case, you can rest assured that we will fight for the best possible outcome for your case. We have seen what can happen when people do not get the help they need. They become wrongfully convicted. Sometimes they get deported. Other times, they do not get the compensation they deserve.

We are here to ensure that none of those things happens to you.

We know that when people come to see us, they are going through an extremely difficult time. All we want to do is help make it better, and get the matter resolved as quickly as possible.

We Have The Experience

When you choose to work with the lawyers of Priale & Racine, you are not just choosing a compassionate law firm. You are choosing a legal team that has the experience your case needs.

That experience helps us navigate the complex immigration system easily.

It helps us negotiate with insurance companies and the at-fault parties that caused your accident.

That experience allows us to build solid defenses for our clients that we know have a good chance of success in the courtroom.

We have argued those same defenses successfully in the past. Our attorneys have decades of experience helping people just like you.

It is all we have ever done.It is something we still do every day.

Let us put our experience to work to help with your case, too.

We're Reachable

When you choose the law firm of Priale & Racine to take your case, you will know that you are entrusting your future to people who care.

If you have a question, or an issue arises in your case, you can always call to speak to one of our attorneys. We never hand off your case to paralegals or legal secretaries.

We know you need the benefit of our experience, and so we are here for you all the time, whenever you need us. You never have to worry about leaving messages that do not get answered or worry about not knowing what is going on with your case.

We understand that taking on your legal case is a privilege. We honor that by always making sure that when you need to talk, we are available to listen.

Other law firms may treat your case as just another file in the cabinet.

We treat you like a person. We will always give you and your case the necessary attention to give you the best chance of a successful outcome.

We Offer Free Consultations

We know that when things happen in life, you may not always know if you need an attorney.

Maybe you think you can handle your accident claim on your own. Or, maybe you think you have to go through the complex immigration process alone. Whatever the reason, a free consultation with one of our attorneys can help.

During your consultation, we will review your case. We will explain the legal issues surrounding it, and what your options are. We will also outline how we can help you, so you know exactly what to expect during your case.

We do this at no charge, so you can make a decision that is right for you.

From the very beginning of your case, we are here to help.
